Sophie Noya

Sophie Noya has worked for twenty years in European affairs, where she has developed a deep experience in health topics. With an academic background of political sciences and European Affairs, Sophie started her professional experience as political advisor to French Members of the European Parliament for almost a decade. She then worked in the Brussels office of Covington, an international law firm, where she specialized in health policy issues. Sophie has been Director, Public Policy Europe at MSD since 2016 with a strong focus on patient engagement and digital issues. She is also a member of EFPIA’s Digital Health Working Group.
