Corporate Registration - €363 (incl. 21% VAT)
Non-Profit Registration - €121 (incl. 21% VAT)
EPF Members - FREE
All EPF Members (and their member organisations/patient advocates) will or should have received a personalised email with instructions on how to register for the EPF Congress. If you have not received this email, please send an email to [email protected] to get your free member registration.
Congress Sponsors/Partners/VIPs - FREE
Patient Advocates/Health NGOs - FREE (until 1st September)
Patient advocates (not associated with EPF members) and Health NGOs are allowed free registration before 1st September 2021. After that, they will be required to pay the Non-Profit registration fee of 121 EUR (incl. VAT). To register for free, please email [email protected] with your credentials.
Media - FREE
If you wish to attend the EPF Congress as media, please send you credentials to [email protected]. They will be checked and upon approval you will receive an email with instructions on how to register for the EPF Congress.
EPF Congress 2021 will take place online via the event platform. A few days before the EPF Congress, you will receive an email with your login credentials to access the event platform.
On 26 October 2021, the first day of the Congress, you will have full access to the virtual environment and all congress sessions. Recordings of all sessions will be made available for on-demand viewing until 30 April 2022.
Virtual Booths The price for a virtual booth is €150 euro (plus 21% VAT), and includes two (2) free passes to the EPF Congress.
The deadline to confirm the booth is 20 August. The deadline to set up the booth is 1 October. To confirm a booth, please email [email protected].
Poster Presentations Due to the virtual nature and time constraints, only Congress exhibitors, sponsors and partners will be able to present posters.
To qualify as an exhibitor, you must purchase a booth following the instructions above.
To join the EPF Congress you will only be required to have a computer or tablet with a stable internet connection. Headsets are recommended for the ideal viewing and networking experience.
